Ministries Sunday Service: Worship, expository Bible teaching/preaching, children's ministry, intercessory prayer and sunday school class. Nursing Home Ministry : Twice a month on Sunday afternoon we hold a service for the residents of The Riverview Nursing Home, located on South Broadway & Bates. We are privileged to be accompanied by the King's Children worship team from Bayless Baptist Church. Prison Ministry: Once a month we hold an in depth Bible study at the Farmington Correctional Center, and in the process of working with the St. Louis Community Prerelease Center.
Youth Group and Bible
Study: Discipleship Training: Every Wednesday night we have prayer and discipleship training. Small Group Studies: If you are interested in having a small group bible study started in your home please let us know and we will help you organize one. Men's Accountability Group: We meet Wednesday evenings @ 6:00, where we share our concerns and life issues facing us, we encourage one another, hold each other accountable, and pray for one another. So that we may help one another grow into the spiritually mature men of God, fathers and husbands He has called us to be. Women's Accountability Group: Meets Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm. This group is lead by the pastor's wife, Ruby Boyer. It is very similar to the men's accountability group, with the exception they deal primarily with issues facing women.
Marriage Enrichment Day: Future Ministries:
Food Pantry:
Spanish Ministry: We are in the process of partnering with Hispanic Churches to evangelize and reach Spanish families in the Saint Louis area. Church Planting: International Ministry: We are working towards a partnership with Multi-Centro Cristanio Bathel, located in Venezuela. We encourage people to get involved in ministry. When you are ministering to others, your needs seem to grow smaller and become less significant. If you find a ministry that you feel God may be calling you to get involved in, please let us know, so that we may get you plugged in. Church is not a spectator sport, everyone is called to minister in some capacity. Ephesians 4: 11-12 - "And he gave some apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ." |
